That’s almost it. All thats left to do is open the Podcast window in the top left Navigation bar in iTunes, find my podcast and ‘right click’ then ‘update’. The Podcasts are yours for free and forever.
There are regular updates – so make sure you update your my podcast every week or so to see if there has been a new release.
